L&rsquo;hydropt\u00e8re est command\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 1970, cons\u00e9quence du succ\u00e8s commercial engendr\u00e9 par la mise en service de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breizh-ferries.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/27\/condor-2-1969-1970-1984-condor-ltd\/\" title=\"Condor 2 (1969-1970, 1981) | Condor Ltd\">Condor 2<\/a><\/strong>. La mise en service de <strong>Condor 2<\/strong> \u00e9tait une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la cessation des activit\u00e9s de Jersey Line, en d\u00e9cembre 1968.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condor 3<\/strong> est r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 en septembre 1970 et d\u00e9bute son service commercial le 12 avril 1971.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condor Ltd<\/strong> met en vente <strong>Condor 3<\/strong> en 1979. La compagnie pr\u00e9voit en effet de le remplacer par l&rsquo;affr\u00e8tement d&rsquo;un catamaran pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 suivant. <strong>Condor 3<\/strong> est acquis par <strong>Belt SA<\/strong> qui le renomme <strong>Colonia Del Sacramento<\/strong>. Il est engag\u00e9 sur la ligne Buenos Aires &#8211; <strong>Colonia del Sacramento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ex-<strong>Condor 3<\/strong> coule \u00e0 quai le 8 novembre 1987, cons\u00e9quence d&rsquo;une temp\u00eate qui frappe sur l&rsquo;Argentine. Le navire put \u00eatre renflou\u00e9, mais il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re trop endommag\u00e9 pour \u00eatre remis en service. Jusqu&rsquo;en 2001, le navire sert donc de r\u00e9serve de pi\u00e8ces pour entretenir le reste de la flotte de <strong>Belt SA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
